DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Coming from Montgomery and Howard Counties using I-95 North:
I-95 North, pass through the Fort McHenry Tunnel ($2 toll).  Take the Moravia Road exit.  Continue on Moravia Road for pproximately 10 minutes.  Pass cemetery on left.  Left turn at stop light onto Harford Road (McDonald’s on right).  At second stop light, turn right onto Argonne Drive.  At first stop light, turn left into the WTC parking lot.

Coming from Southern Maryland, Eastern Shore, and Anne Arundel and Prince Georges Counties using I-295 North:
I-295 North, take I-895 North exit.  Pass through the Harbor Tunnel ($2 toll).  Take Erdman/Pulaski Hwy Exit 13.  On exit ramp, stay to right to take Erdman Avenue.  Short alley will lead you to Erdman Avenue.  Right turn at stop sign onto Erdman Avenue.  Stay on Erdman Avenue to dead end.  At dead end, turn right at stop light onto Harford Road.  Turn left at stop light onto Argonne Drive.  At first stop light, turn left into the WTC parking lot.

Coming from Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Cecil and Harford Counties using I-95 South:
I-95 South, stay to left to take I-895 South.  Take Moravia Road exit.  Continue on Moravia Road for approximately 10 minutes.  Pass cemetery on left.  Left turn at stop light onto Harford Road (McDonald’s on right).  At second stop light, turn right onto Argonne Drive.  At first stop light, turn left into the WTC parking lot.

Coming from Western and Northern Maryland using I-70 or I-83 to I-695:
I-70 east (for those coming from Western Maryland) OR I-83 south (for those coming from Northern Maryland) to I-695 Baltimore Beltway in the direction of Towson.  Take Perring Parkway South exit 30A.  Perring Parkway becomes Hillen Road.  Pass Morgan State University on left.  At stop light, turn left onto Argonne Drive.  At first stop light, turn right into the WTC parking lot.

Parking: Free parking is available in the WTC parking lot. Parking is at a premium, so you may need to park on the street (parking is free there also).

BUS DIRECTIONS

The MTA bus #33 stops at WTC.  The MTA bus #19 travels north and south on Harford Road.

Bus Directions from Baltimore's Penn Train Station:
After getting off the MARC Train at Penn Station proceed to top of the platform and exit the building at the main entrance/exit. Immediately after exiting the building, turn right and walk about 200 feet to North Charles Street. Look for the bus stop shelter.

Board MTA bus #3 that will be destined to Cromwell Bridge Road or Sheppard Pratt Hospital.

Many buses have digital signs and automated computer voices that will read and call out the stops; however, some may not. Let the driver know that you want to get off at Cold Spring Lane. This ride should take approximately 20-30 minutes.

After you get off at Cold Spring Lane cross the street at Loch Raven Blvd (look for a library and walk toward it). At that corner you will see a bus stop shelter where you will wait and transfer to MTA bus #33 destined for Eastpoint Mall. This is a 5 minute ride and you will need to get off the bus at the Workforce & Technology Center on Argonne Drive.
